All Metro Home Inspection: About

Hello,

My name is Jason Carter and it is my pleasure to introduce myself to you. I am the owner and founder of All Metro Home Inspection. My purpose of starting All Metro Home Inspection is to provide home buyers and sellers with thorough inspections that educate them to make informed decisions when buying or selling a home. It is not only important to know the condition of the home, but also to gather information concerning emergency shutoffs and regular maintenance.

After investigating several trade organizations, I decided to join the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). This organization is committed to providing excellence and wanting to make sure that their members are committed to working hard for their clients and hold themselves to a higher standard when providing an inspection. The process to become a certified member of ASHI is very extensive. Each member must complete 250 inspections, pass report verifications, pass the National Home Inspectors exam and Code of Ethics exam. As a member of ASHI, I follow all of their guidelines when inspecting a home as they are very similar to my own personal beliefs about how a home inspection should be performed and reported.

The bottom line is that I work very hard during each inspection treating every inspection as if I myself were buying the home. I spend approximately 3 to 5 hours from start to finish on each buyer inspection, or as long as it takes to give a thorough inspection for my client. In most cases I am very flexible and can have a report completed the same day.

I look forward to working with you and to help make your home purchase or sale an easier one.

Thank You,

Jason J Carter
